Merry Christmas everyone!!!

OK, I am a day late on my post, but come on!!! Better late than pregnant right? LOL! We've had a very busy 2 days, so please excuse my late post.

Here are a couple pictures of the kids. I'm so bummed I didn't get one of the 4 of them together all dressed up. Heck, I'm mad that we still haven't had a family picture taken. SOON...hopefully soon!

I hope you all got what you wanted this year! John surprised me with some wonderful gifts! The most awesome was a little note he wrote to me telling me how much I deserve the gifts and how much I mean to him and the family. I married the most awesome man ever!!! He's the best!!! I just love him! When I told him how much I loved the note, he smiled from ear to ear and said "I knew you would". Yeah, he knows me! :D

Hanna and Dominic

Hanna just loves her baby brother!!! This one anyway. I can't say the same about her and Joey. LOL!

Happy St. Nick's day!

We woke up on December 6th to find that St. Nick came and left goodies for everyone! It was Dominic's first St. Nick's day and he looked like he knew what he was doing. I love the way the pictures turned out! LOL! Gotta love my kids!

Happy Birthday honey!!!!

December 1st, John's 37th birthday.

OK, OK, so this cake is going to end up on the world's WORST looking cake list, but come on, it was a last minute decision and I never claimed to be a cake decorator. LOL! Blue and Orange are John's favorite colors...the colors of the Denver Broncos.

The best part of this cake was how it turned every one's teeth and tongue blue! We really had a good laugh about that...it doesn't take much to amuse us I guess.

Happy birthday Hanna!!!!

November 28, 2008. Hanna's 8th birthday. My baby girl is 8! Where is time going? Why do they have to grow up? Every year, Hanna asks me to make the same cake for her. A round chocolate cake...this year, she asked for chocolate icing and rainbow sprinkles. She changed it up a bit. LOL!

This year, on her birthday, I was babysitting my niece Jessica and my nephew A.J., so we celebrated her birthday with them. Of course, in true Hanna fashion, we had Frisch's for dinner. LOL!

Hanna, you are such a beautiful little girl. You will always be my little cuttle bug. You have a personality just like me and I love it. You find humor in most things in life and you are always positive. You are very energetic and always put forth great effort in all you do. You are smart and caring. I love you baby girl!!!

Donuts with Dad

Thursday was Donuts with Dad at Joey's school. Dad was invited for breakfast and a tour of school. They made a craft together too, which I find hysterical!!! If you know John, the only crafting he does is with wood and heavy tools involved. They made this cute little felt tie and decorated it with foamies. Then, each child and their Dad got their picture taken with the tie on!

John had a great time. He enjoyed reading the facts about him as Joey sees it. John is 60 years old and is 4 feet tall. ROFLMAO! I love it. I always tell Joey Daddy is ancient (hey...he's older than I am), so I guess that is where 60 came into play. And, John is short...shorter than I am anyway. Joey had to draw a portrait of his Daddy. Turns out John doesn't have feet, he has wheels!!! I just lost it at that! It cracks me up!!! And, of all the things we do with our kids, the best part is when Daddy takes Joey to "The Man Store". Home Depot. You mean we went to see Thomas, we go on vacations and little drives all over the place, and do all sorts of stuff with these kids and his favorite is 'The Man Store'??? Ohhhh, I could be saving so much money!!!!

2nd place CHAMPS!

Hailee's volleyball team had a super season! They came in 2nd place. It was an upsetting loss tonight. 3 girls on the team were puking their guts out, but if they didn't show up, they would have had to forfeit the game. They pushed through it and played their hearts out. Their team this year was great. They supported each other and cheered each other. It was great seeing that! What a great group of kids!!! Congrats ladies!!!

THe cutest lion EVER!

Need I say more? Dominic will be a lion this year for his very first Halloween!!! He is the cutest little lion ever!!! All I want to do is kiss those adorable cheeks!!! I can't get enough of my baby boy!!!

Yep, it's a LIVE chicken on his head!

LMAO! Today at school, Joey was able to visit a petting zoo. Actually, the petting zoo came to Joey's school for their Halloween party. Ms. Marryann, Joey's teacher, sent me this picture. It is hilarious!!!! The title of her e-mail was "Yes, that is a chicken on his head". ROFL. It just cracks me up. Look at his beautiful eyes in this picture. Ohhhh...I love em!

We all know how I am deathly afraid of birds...or any type of animal with wings, so this really makes me laugh!

There is also a picture of the pumpkin he SCARVED (Joey's way of saying carved) at school. The 8th graders at school came to help the Pre-K class scarve pumpkins. Joey drew the picture on the pumpkin and the bigger kids scooped the guts out according to Joey.

Hailee is 11!!!!!!

Ahhh...my big girl!!! My Lee Lee turned 11 today. It kills me to think how "old" she is. Gone are the days of her asking for cute little toys, and innocent "kids" music. Now it's MP3 players, Johnas Brothers, Miley Cyrus, make-up and everything else that is "almost grown up". I see her innocence slipping away more and more each day. WHY can't we put them in a bubble and make them stay young and innocent forever???

Hailee, we are so very proud of you! You are such a good girl, with a very good head on your shoulders. Not only do you succeed in school, but at everything you do. You set your goals and you are very determined to reach each one of them. You have a heart of gold and will give the shirt off of your back to help anyone who needs it. I hope you keep these fine qualities all of your life. You are beautiful, kind, loving, smart, and very sympathetic to others. You make sure everyone else is taken care of before you worry about yourself. You are extremely giving.

You will always be my baby girl...no matter how old you are. I love you baby!!!!!

Oh...by the way...notice the cake. 3 5 3. That equals 11. I totally fogot the candle. So, you have to add the numbers up. That's was John's bright idea! ROFL!

Hanna

Poor Hanna Banana, she hardly ever makes it to the blog. She's my princess. I finally got her to sit still long enough tonight to get a picture of her!!! She was all smiles waiting for a piece of Hailee's birthday cake!

Joey's class

This is Joey and his entire PreK class. He can only name 3 kids in this picture. WHY doesn't this boy even TRY to remember names???? Today they made spider hats. I love his school. His teacher e-mailed this picture to all of us. How awesome is that???

More Halloween Pictures

The group picture is Vince & Leah (Expecting baby girl #4 Jan 2nd), Tony (Joker) and Amy (Fat Bat). Vince is Angie's older brother and Tony is Angie's little brother. The next picture is Angie and Doug...I picked the right people to be Dominic's God Parents didn't I? LOL! Angie and Doug are expecting baby #5 ANY DAY NOW...a baby girl, their 2nd girl) Doug was the bar tender, so I blame him for any and ALL trouble I got into that night!!!!

A close up of me and John.

Halloween 2008

John was obviously an old lady. I was a Harlem Fat Girl. ROFLMAO!

Here are lots of pictures from the event. Angie was just a pregnant lady (already in costume) and painted her eye black like Doug hit her. Doug was a thug. Cindy and Chris were Batman and Robin. More pictures to come...I'm waiting on Angie to send me some.

Time to make the pretzels!

Joey's preschool class was taking a trip to Germany this month. So, on Thursday, they made pretzels. It looks like it was a lot of fun and Joey couldn't wait until I came to pick him up to tell me he had a cinnamon pretzel. He then explained that the pretzel didn't taste like our dog Cinnamon, but a dessert cinnamon. Uhhhhh, when does this boy lick my dog to find out what she tastes like? No more good night kisses for him...I'll just shake his hand or something. LOL!

Joey's teacher, Miss Maryann, e-mailed this picture to me. It really does look like he had a great time!

Happy Birthday Joey!

Joey turned 5 on Saturday. October 11th. He thanked me for giving him a birthday. Not a party...he didn't really have one...he thanked me for the BIRTH DAY! I had to laugh out loud at that. I gave him a big hug and said I wouldn't have wanted it any other way.

Here is Joey with Frisbee. Frisbee is Ms. Maryann's birthday puppy at school. Ms. Maryann is Joey's teacher. She gives the students a puppy to pick from (she has 2) and a big birthday bag full of birthday books for the child to keep for the weekend of his or her birthday. It's such a great idea! Joey was sooooo surprised and excited to find a Thomas book in the bag. Who woulda thunk it?

Since his birthday fell on a Saturday that we bowl in our league, I got a Thomas cake (4th one in a row now) and we sang happy birthday to him there. We bowl with Angie and Doug and a whole bunch of people from their neighborhood, so Joey was surrounded by his friends. Kelly, Chris, Jessie and A.J. came too and we all bowled a game after our league was over to celebrate. Joey said it was the best birthday party ever. LOL!

Dominic and his God Parents

My best friend Angie and her husband Doug are Dominic's God Parents. I've been best friends with Angie since we were 14. She is more like a sister to me than a friend. I just love her and Doug to death! Angie and Doug have 4 kids and a baby girl on the way!!!

Dominic's baptism

Meijer Indy 300

My sister-in-law Holly gave me and John tickets to the Meijer 300 Indy race. It was our FIRST time EVER going to a race! If you look at the blur in the back ground...you'll see the cars flying by.

John was so excited at this race because Danica Patrick drives Indy...and when we got there...we discovered we were sitting RIGHT IN FRONT of her pit crew. CLOSE as can be too! I never laughed so hard in my life. When she pulled into the pit, John and my cousin Robb both jumped up to their feet and busted out the binoculars! HELLO! She had a helmet on! This dude who looked like he steeped right out of the movie Fast Times At Ridgemont High had a bag from the gift shop with her picture on it. I have NEVER seen anyone look so "lovingly" or "Longingly" at a bag before!!!! ROFLMAO! He made all of us crack up. He was in his last 30's/early 40's and the dude kept staring at the bag and would pick it up during the race and stare at it too. OMG, funny stuff!!!

I had a great time people watching too. What I saw coming out of the men's bathroom was enough for me! ROFL! Some man came walking out with his...Ummm...well...JUNK in his hand trying to stuff it back into his jean shorts. Oh, fun stuff. I turned to my cousin to ask if he saw what I just did...didn't want to think I was the only one and he was rolling laughing. Of course, I turned to watch him and I saw this girl with her husband or boyfriend and she is smiling from ear to ear and watching this guy. She almost tripped over her tongue. All of a sudden, I saw her partner's elbow come across her chest! She got busted!!! It was soo funny!

We had a good time for sure!

Ohhh, I'm getting in trouble!!!

Got in trouble for not updating! ROFL! Sorry Cyd! Lets see what I got for ya...

Just some new photos.
