Dominic's ear surgery

Dominic had to have tubes in both ears. Poor baby has had 8 ear infections in just 11 months. Of course, I had to take my camera and get lots of picturs of the "big day". He did just fabulous, but I didn't hold up so well. It was harder on me and John than it was on poor little D.

Snow Day

More pictures from the first snow day of 2009! I guess it's time to invest in some boys snow gear now that we have 2. I just can't see paying for it when they use it so little. Poor Joey, girls pants, girls scarf...Ugh, the torture I put him through! Heee heee!

Our first real snow day in Cincinnati! Hailee measured the snow with her ruler. The results? 5 inches!!! More to come tonight too. YAY!

GIMMEE the Pan BUCKEYES Daddy!

Thanks to my GOOD friend Tonya, I have the recipe for Pan Buckeyes. OMG...to die for!!!! I had never heard of these until she made them.

So, I made them for our New Years Party. Everyone loved them. And, by that, I mean EVERYONE!!! Dominic was drooling over these. Good thing there are no peanut allergies in our family!!! If you had one in your hand, he was squealing until he had a bite. He doesn't eat table food yet...although, our ped said he can start. He has no teeth yet and no signs of getting them either. LOL!

On a side note: My baby is going to be 1 in February! ONE...already!!! February 26th. I can't believe it!

Ringing in 2009

This year was no different from other New Year's Eve celebrations. We go to my sister's house and spend the evening there. Her sister-in-law and her family come as well.

My brother-in-law, Chris, put a hat on their old dog. He didn't seem to mind. LOL!

Dominic just really wanted Kelly's hat. He was grabbing for it all night long!

The kids had a blast with the noise makers. I still have a headache!

I really hate to have my picture taken. Maybe this will give me the courage to drop some mega weight now. I am actually posting pictures of myself on the net. Ewwww.

OK, I am a day late on my post, but come on!!! Better late than pregnant right? LOL! We've had a very busy 2 days, so please excuse my late post.

Here are a couple pictures of the kids. I'm so bummed I didn't get one of the 4 of them together all dressed up. Heck, I'm mad that we still haven't had a family picture taken. SOON...hopefully soon!

I hope you all got what you wanted this year! John surprised me with some wonderful gifts! The most awesome was a little note he wrote to me telling me how much I deserve the gifts and how much I mean to him and the family. I married the most awesome man ever!!! He's the best!!! I just love him! When I told him how much I loved the note, he smiled from ear to ear and said "I knew you would". Yeah, he knows me! :D

Happy St. Nick's day!

We woke up on December 6th to find that St. Nick came and left goodies for everyone! It was Dominic's first St. Nick's day and he looked like he knew what he was doing. I love the way the pictures turned out! LOL! Gotta love my kids!
